CAPS Advisory Board Application Now Available

Students interested in becoming a part of the discussion of mental health wellness on campus can now apply for the CAPS Advisory Board.

The Penn State Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Advisory Board provides diverse student voices and advice on Penn State mental health needs, education, programs, and initiatives. This Board meets approximately twice per semester, and serves as the liaison between students and the CAPS Administration.

Potential areas of focus include mental health concerns involving services provided, educational programs and outreach, prevalent current issues, campus life, and community outreach. All undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to apply for membership on the CAPS Advisory Board.

To apply for the CAPS Advisory Board, students should fill out the application HERE and submit it to 314 HUB by Friday, February 27. Any questions regarding the application of CAPS Advisory Board should be directed towards Scott Tomensky (swt5141@psu.edu) or Mary Anne Knapp (mak5@psu.edu).
