REQUESTING AND PUBLISHING OF WEEKLY EXECUTIVE REPORTS

 

By the authority invested in me as President by the Constitution of the University Park Undergraduate Association, and in an effort to increase the accessibility, transparency, and communication of the student government, it is hereby ordered as follows: 

 

Section 1. Purpose and Action. 

  1. Each Executive Director shall provide in writing a comprehensive report of the organization, with regard to and connected with the Department of which they have been placed at the head of, to the President, Vice President, and Chief of Staff no later than the Saturday of each week. 

  2. These reports will be used to create an Executive Reports document to be delivered to the Steering Committee, and disseminated to the public via the Department of Outreach, by the President on behalf of the administration, in an effort to create a more transparent organization on the part of its Executive Branch.
